I did the same exact as you only going the other way.🙃😕
I don’t understand how people do it, a bone chilling 50 degrees here and I am wearing two sweaters and two pairs of socks! It’s probably because I don’t exercise and my blood stands still. Stay warm and safe!💕

Shrewd- I didn't record my weight for over 2 months because I got to 222 pounds and i was too embarrassed. I wanted to bring it down first. I don't know why. Isn't that silly? But now I plan to record it daily.

I don't post my weight or even step on the scale to see it when I know I am not doing good. I finally weighed myself yesterday. It was something like 24 days and at least I didn't gain a pound a day. But almost a pound a week gain is pretty bad.
