Hubby & I had an early dinner at Miller's Ale House after his appointment yesterday afternoon. I made the choice to have a higher calorie meal, but made the good choice to bring half of my sandwich home. That would have been great if I hadn't also come home & made the decision to have dessert...not so bad....140 calories for a bowl of Boom Chika Pop kettle corn. Around 9:30, I gave in to the urge to eat some potato chips. The good thing is I did measure & log everything. Up a little this morning but not too much 😐
We went to Costco this afternoon. We saw a chair we decided to buy, so drove down in our truck. I also got chicken strips, salmon, chicken tortilla soup, Lobster ravioli & some porkchops. Got a bag of Kale salad, tomatoes & strawberries, too. We gassed up our truck at Costco, too. It was $3.39 a gallon....20 cents less than Kroger gas. It was higher at a couple of other stations we passed.
I ate the other half of my sandwich for lunch, so I'm planning to keep calories lower for dinner..... Chicken strips & kale salad.
I'm meeting my sister for lunch tomorrow. Need to make a good choice where to eat.
Time to feed the dogs & make dinner.....
