Last night I had a sugar attack. It's a wild thing. All of a sudden all I wanted was plain and peanutbutter m&ms. In my mind I cared less why I was losing weight. It seemed like a distant thought. All I could think about was getting in my car.
I settled myself down with 2 cups of jiff to go peanut butter. I keep them for emergencies like last night. I need to look back at my food and see if having more than x carbs in a meal is what triggered it.
I went to bed at like 9 pm because I didnt trust myself. I guess whatever you gotta do, huh?
I am a type 2 diabetic at this point so I generally need to watch my sugar. I try to stay within 16 grams which is 2 tsp. Peanut butter and fruit have a lot of sugar. Also, peanut butter is a legume and it is not on the primitive plan.
