Actually got out for a walk this afternoon for the first time in a week. I got in steps during the week but didn't do an "official" one. I had dozed off reading & had put my book down & snuggled up on the sofa. A few minutes later Hubby came downstairs & I knew it was the right thing to do, so got my jacket & shoes on to go with him & the dogs.
I have an hour til time to feed the dogs...sitting in the living room with all the twinkling lights 🎄🕯
