Wow. Quite a jump over just a few days. I'm inside my calories and have been cycling them. Apparently my body is trying to rid itself of something. My knee now looks like a purple balloon. Oh, well. Lots of water and rest. Was planning on a workout day today to accomodate my schedule this weekend. I'll do an all body workout tomorrow minus leg work without fail. Not sure how to do the db presses as weight since I usually lift them with my knees while I'm on the bench. Looks like a forced deload. Have a great day everyone. Today's song: You can't always get what you want ~ rolling stones. Worth watching. I'll workout tomorrow without fail.

Ugh.... I've been so out of touch... what happened to the knee to get purple? I'm hoping it's just a tattoo... a weird one of Barney the Dinosaur, or something. Or maybe a Prince album cover??? Ahhh... never mind. Sorry about the weight. Take a couple doses of Psyllium fiber (Konsyl) and drink tons of water.

Hum the Police. Hmm. Don't think so. It would be like making it into elevator music. @Rob Barney! Barney... that's it! That's the one I've been looking for all this time. I have no idea. Woke up and it was this way. Slept wrong on my knee? I never have problems with my knees. Well, I've skinned them a few times. Prince. lol Not all that concerned about the weight (thanks for rubbing salt in the well deserved wounds) it will come off. It's not salt. It's not fat. It's water for some other reason. I'll try psyllium. I'm on the water.

Ouch!! Be nice to it for a couple days if you can. Elevate it and ice if you can. Lots of water.
