Great day again yesterday. Due to my best bud on here, cheese and apple is now part of my increased calorie intake. It's almost perfect for my macro balance as well. Lifting heavier and harder already. My calculations (two ways, measurement and caliper) put my body fat at 11% which is lower than when I ended my cut, but I think it's likely creatine response. Have a great day everyone. It's all worth it. You have my guarantee. When you get those last few pounds off, PM me if you don't think it was worth it. Be mad at me. Yell and scream. Tell me it wasn't worth it, and I'll just grin.
