Same weight, still sick. Youngest spent 3 hrs in er last night with breathing issues. He's never had asthma symptoms befor but we made an appointment this morning with his brother's pediatric pulmonologist for to see if he has asthma also. Forgot to log food yesterday. think I spent probably around maintenance calories though. I guess I was wrong about 160 not being the rral weight if that's where I'm at after 3 days at maintenance. I'm certainly not complaining about it being lower then I thought ;-). Hopefully be able to knock down to the 150s as soon as this passes, I think I'm on the uphill swing of it. Hopefully just another day or two at most.

I need to weigh in, my eating was not great over the weekend and I did not record it. I did record my intake yesterday and I also worked out. Today I was too lazy to work out but, I am recording my intake. I am trying to get less than 160 lbs, and I am praying I did not gain any weight over the weekend. My goal weight is 140 lbs. I am praying (hope that does not offend you) for you all speedy recovery.

Prayers are ALWAYS appreciated! We are big on praying in this family. I think we are over the worse of it (fingers crossed) and now just dealing with getting all the crud out of our lungs (which sometimes feels like it might be worse breathing wise, lol). Hopefully we are both under that 160 mark very soon!

Good thoughts for your family's recovery. As for getting stuck at 160, I don't have the answer to shaking up things during a plateau, but once you're feeling better I bet you'll find lots of advice on the internet or here for how to nudge your body into doing something. I haven't seen the 150s since 2003. You are so close and it will feel great when you get there. I think I will be happy if I get to 160 :-)
