Had my 40 minutes' morning walk after more than two weeks' break due to the flu. Weight dropped by 400g, probably due to the higher metabolism.
162.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
