Good morning friends. Stepping on the scales this morning was heart pounding. The past two days have been less than ideal for weight loss. I had pizza for dinner last night and sushi the night before. But, to my pleasant surprise, I was relieved to find that I have gone down 3 pounds from my last weigh-in.
