Gone up a bit and although I've not been eating too badly and keeping up my exercise I equate it to having some more 'sundowner's than usual in this silly season - and I'm not writing down those kilojoules at all so that would probably be it. I hope to maintain as best I can this month. Trying to keep up with my workouts - and stay on track during the week as much as possible, but I'll restart my efforts to reach 67 again in January.
