Keto is going well. Lost another half a pound this morning. Not craving food as often as "normal" for me. I'm already starting to miss all the healthy vegetables and the morning navel orange I was having when I was doing low Calorie. Right now, I'm 1.5 pounds ahead of the "expected" weight loss on HealthyWage. When I get about 5 pounds ahead, I may go back to Low Calorie for a week or two. Probably will be alternating Low Calorie and Keto every couple of weeks, I'm thinking.
Made country-style ribs with sauerkraut, apples, onion & apple juice in the Instant Pot yesterday. My husband, who rarely goes back for seconds, couldn't help himself. The sauerkraut had lost all it's "crunch" and melted in your mouth, which he liked. He LOVES sauerkraut and pork, so I was a bit hesitant to try something new, but he said it sounded like it might be "ok," so I went for it. Home run.
We're supposed to get 4-5" of snow today - very unusual for us, because we live under a "snow shelf" here in Richmond.
