I had typed out several paragraphs & my Yorkie just licked my phone & deleted them!
So....holding steady in spite of eating more calories yesterday AND carbs....ravioli.
Finding myself feeling hungry at odd times. After 2 weeks on a different schedule (part on a different time zone) I need to get back to my normal routine.
Time for our walk...update later. Chicken for dinner.

How frustrating!😁 Sometimes I write out a super long comment (I know you can't possibly imagine my doing that) and then I just decide... Nope, not gonna press the "comment" button. It just isn't all that interesting! Yorkies are adorable! ❤️
