Hi everyone - Well 2020 is sure great - I got laid off yesterday. A bunch of us did but we have until end of January to get another job at least. -- I tried to quit Diet Coke. That was a major fail. I think I am using the Diet Coke as a crutch when I have sugar cravings. The whole week I was cheating and then I was binge eating. I would like to quit that stuff but I'm not ready yet. I need to get more of a solid footing with my weight loss. Then I will try it again. I am back on track again. I pretty much only drink 2 16.9 oz bottles a day. One in the morning and one in the evening. And I still drink a lot of water. -- OK I gotta update my resume and find my interview suit. What a pain. Have a great day everyone!!
