Hi fat secret buddies - Hurray! Getting closer! 2 pounds until out of 300s (and I plan on that being forever). I successfully did my 36 hour fast, which seems way easier than 42 hours. My fasting blood sugar was 106 and I did not need insulin last night before bed so that is amazing for me! I did not take insulin this morning either. Not sure if I will need it for breakfast I eat at 10:30. I only ate a few pieces of bacon at 7:30 am to break my fast. Wednesday I will fast 36 hours again. The protocol is 3x per week per Dr. Jason Fung (The Obesity Code, The Diabetes Code are the books). I keep mentioning it in case anyone out there is struggling because he has changed thousands of people's lives with that information. Have a great day everyone! NEVER give up!
