I was stuck in a funk of 148-150 for four days. I am stuck in the funk of 147lbs consistently for about about the same. Probably all the Atkins bars. They are soooo good when I am hungry. Possibly because they are pushing my calories over what I want them to be and also because it is hard to prepare dinner when I am beat when I get home from work. Will try and do some pre-cooked meals next week to see if that makes it any easier.
It wont happen overnight. At least I am in the 140s again. I am still in induction (after my four beers at the rodeo) and again in Ketosis. I start my classes next week, pretty exciting! Life is grand.

Good attitude! Life should be enjoyed and appreciated even when we are trying to change our bodies. Don't let a number on the scale change that. I know easier written than done - trust me I understand, but it's something I hope to aspire as well. Have fun!
