Don’t worry that’s not body fat. It’s impossible to gain fat and lose fat on this rate ;-)

Mr Maintenance, I'm thankful you know how to do this blue line stuff better than anyone! I wish I was as experienced, but hopefully I'll get there... After being at it as long as you! 😊

AviaMar, I get my data from my bathroom scale. I know that it is not reliable for gauging body fat. I weigh myself three times and average the three. There are so many factors that effect weight and body fat. Weight and body fat also change throughout the day. To accurately measure body fat it takes very specialized and expensive equipment. I use what I have available to me. I don't worry at all about day to day fluctuations. I try to focus on trends...

Melissa, I have noticed a portion of your weight loss journey. It didn't include any quick fix trendy solutions. You did it your way with solid nutrition and basic CICO. Keep doing what got you where you wanted. It's not easy all the time but always rewarding. Thanks again for your support!!!

BTW: When I write that I had a 0.2% gain in body fat, what I'm really trying to say is that my body fat increased by two tenths of one percent. Please correct me if there is a better way to state that... Thanks

Thank you, John, for YOUR support and encouragement. It is a daily and frequently really hard decision to eat and exercise in such a way to maintain. Sometimes I wish there was some little bit of magic to make it happen. 😁

BTW, when you are recording the fat% on your journal, it is whatever makes sense to you how it is documented! We all figure it's just great!
