I must be retaining water today cause I don't think eating just over my RDI of 1500 calories should make me gain 😐 Oh well, I know my weight fluctuates up & down. I'm so close to my goal it would be nice to hit it & work on maintaining.
I bought some frozen cheese lasagna rolls at Aldi. I thought they had sauce cause the pic on the box did, but I realized after I got home I had to add sauce. I cooked some last night & made a sauce with fresh tomatoes, wine and spinach. I was a little dissapointed, especially since I decided to eat 3 rolls at 160 calories each. I had initially thought I'd eat 2 & make a salad. When I added spinach to the sauce I changed that. We had cucumbers on the side. Anyway the flavor of the cheese didn't wow me.
Got a walk in yesterday. It's sunny & cold this morning. Still only 26 degrees at 10 AM. Watched 2 football games....sorta. I finished a book I was reading during the first game. Hubby built a fire after our walk and we started into the 2nd game. I was rooting for Greenbay, but they were not doing well so we switched to 60 Minutes on the DVR then went back to the game. Rooting for the Chiefs for Super bowl.
Need to make breakfast....
