Thanks everyone!!! I used to consider Golden Corral, many other restaurants and some foods forbidden. After reading all the discussions here about food choices I realized it wasn't the places or the foods that were the problem. My solution is portion control with any food. I still think that some foods aren't the best of choices so I try to eat a smaller portion of those foods if I crave them. At a place like GC there are so many good choices available and it's easy to set my own portion size...
