Ok, I know this looks disappointing. But, I went for a meal with friends, very late last night. We ate about 7:30 and I go to bed at 9:30! So that didn't give me much time to utilize this meal! I did make a healthy choice when I was there. We went for Mexican, I got chicken breast in spanish sauce, with melted cheese and sliced avocado, it came with zucchini (The rice and beans were on separate plate, so it was easy to ignore them. However, it is near impossible to ignore those chips and salsa. I did not have a margarita, so I am proud of myself for that. So I see this gain as temporary. I will try to eat early tonight, and keep my self busy making some Christmas wreaths for my windows. Idle hands ;)
