felt like I starved myself all day... guess 3 avocados doesn't count as starving yourself! Went for a walk with the hubby, so was at least a little more active than usual.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

dang avocados, they are like Chinese food. I can eat three and still be hungry, so I don't buy them often.
