I’m wondering if I should up my calories too for a minute after I shed this excess water accumulation and tummy issues. It’s been hard to eat a meal with the fullness, but that was s getting better. I feel like I lost more when of course staying in a deficit with my RDI, but also having days where I happened to go over. You and Shirfleur have had some nice drops😊💜👏🌈💚

Oh girl...I have no idea. I only know I was busting ass at the gym daily for an hour, eating 1700 calories and not losing. I had left my recommended RDI on sedentary thinking I'd lose more and that was dumb. So that's why I upped mine. I never look at people's food logs. Mine is crazy McDonald's, pizza, egg beaters, cottage cheese, toast and bagels. So I hope no one is looking at it to see the macros or whatever. I only 👀 at protein and calories. Wish I could help you more but I don't know anything about this kinda stuff. (It just doesn't interest me. 🤫) 😉
