Good Saturday morning y'all!

I am hesitant to record my morning weight b/c it may go up before my weigh in on Tuesday! Honestly, I am baffled by it! Here's why ...

I went to my first Pilates class yesterday! I have to say that it was a great workout! I did not master all of the moves, but I tried! It was a great core workout for me! And I am feeling it this morning! My shoulders, abs & obliques are quite sore! Usually the scales will reflect my water gain from the sore muscles, but not today! WOOHOO!

Also, I know that TOM is just around the corner! Another reason why the scales are surprising me this morning! Usually the week before, I see very little weight loss! The cravings are crazy! UGH! I was craving a cupcake with icing yesterday & the day before! I gave in & had one yesterday! It was so good! I thought that surely the craving would go away after I had it! WRONG! Before I went to bed last night, I could have eaten a dozen cupcakes if they were in front of me! Thank God we don't keep that crap in our house anymore!!!!!!!!! I used to be a chocoholic, but my taste for it is not the same as it used to be! I know ... something is wrong with me! lol! I mean, if I could have it, I would! But I do not crave it like I do other sweets! I would rather have yellow cake with icing or icing filled donuts or pancakes with syrup! I'm talkin' stuff with HIGH sugar content! This is crazy!

FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS!

Okay, so I am 1.8lbs. away from 159lbs. That is considered "normal weight" for me (BMI <25) & that is my next goal! I can see the light! PRAISE THE LORD!

Hubby & I are off to the gym this morning! College football starts today, so there is no prying him from the TV after 11am! Gotta go! Hope everyone has a blessed Saturday! =D

Oh I bet that cupcake was yummy! You're doing awesome, pilates eh, I may give that a try one of these days! I'm hearing you on the football front, my hubby is a die hard NFL fan (Cowboys to be exact) so I have until next weekend before I become a football widow. Cravings stink but at least you didn't completely fall off the wagon. I believe you have to allow yourself splurges in order to stay sane and continue. I know you'll get through these crazy cravings and continue towards your ultimate goal. I loved pilates; really miss them but can't seem to do them at home alone. I hope you guys had a great day today, looking forward to seeing you both soon!
