Yesterday I did everything wrong except going to church. After church we decided on doing something different. We planned to eat a heavy but an early lunch/dinner. We went to Golden Corral. I exercised portion control but indulged in way too many portions. I felt miserable after eating so much food. After we returned home, we skipped dinner as planned but were so full that we both took naps while looking at television. Then we went to bed early...
The result is that I ate "Poorly" at 162% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.5% and is more than 1% out of range again... Lift Day!!!
