My initial goal is 165. Once I reach it I will likely continue on to 155 lbs.
100% compliance during this entire time to Keto. Net carb level 15-20, with occasional higher levels. Once I added Intermittent and extended fasting into the mix, the weight began to consistently fall off.
I fast a little of all of these. Intentionally mix it up to keep my body guessing, no two weeks alike: 18 hours per day, eating in a 6 hour window generally 8 AM to 2 PM 23 hours and one meal occasionally 36 hours (every other day eating 2 meals in 6 hours) 42-48 hours an occasional 72 hour fast.
My insulin resistance is healing. My T2D has gone from 12.5 2-1-2019 to 5.7 on 5-15-2019

Today I reached 165.5, 1/2 lb from my initial goal. Reaching this I realize my end goal is more likely around 150 lbs.
For anyone discouraged, I was initially VERY slow to lose weight. SLOW like nothing at all for long periods of time doing the right things. Keep at it. Don't quit. You won't do any better by not changing your way of eating. I only record a weight when I lose so you only see the downward trend, but in-between those weight losses you would see all kinds of ups and downs. I weight first thing in the morning, with clothes on and subtract about 1 lb. which is my average clothing weight. I am no longer frustrated with the ups and downs because they are natural and don't mean anything if I'm still doing what I should be doing :-)
