Thanks!! I did OMAD fast on Sat and Sun. Going to eat 16 hour fasts this week except Thursday b/c that's my bday! Trying to lose this 50 pounds I gained after I got in my accident. Then I will be able to move on to the next 50! This website has been really helpful with everyone being so supportive!
