Plan is to hit 9% body fat Betty end of July. Weight isn't that big a deal, but if I can keep the gains going, I should still be in the mid 190s. Leangains, baby! Have you read. Beyond Brawn by Stuart McRobert? Every natural should read it. Puts it all in perspective and gives logical goals for your size and age. We tend to think we should be able to compete with juicers. Is rather keep my health than use drugs to lie to myself about my potential.

Hi. Doing fine. Dad took a fall but didn't break anything and is back home. I'm going for a visit next weekend. He says he doesn't want to use a walker. I told him it's not a walker, it's a keep out of the hospital machine.

I haven't read McRoberts, but know that he comes highly recommended. Nice work keeping the fat off over the winter. I've been "on sabbatical" almost 6 months, during which I grew from under 10% to over 20%. Grinding that back off now...

I hear you. You have to be ready for it. I'm over the bulk and cut thing. In my opinion, it only really works for juicers.
