I think at the end of this weeks challenge, I have gained half a pound. I am actually surprised it is not more with my trip this past weekend. Also having to navigate a work related happy hour last night. Most of the yummy treats were not low carb or even calorie friendly, except the celery that came with the buffalo wings! I just nibbled sparingly and tried to make it home without a blow out. I think I did ok! The weekend is here. We had plans to visit a friend up at her lake cabin. But the weather is not going to be good. So we are just going to continue to work on our house and get it ready to put on the market. Hopefully keep me occupied physically so I don't eat bad all weekend. We will most likely go out dancing tonight now that our plans are cancelled too. Happy Friday!!!!
