So far this year has been a repeat of this time last year with the exception being that my weight is slightly higher and my body fat is slightly lower. I would like to continue trending in this direction. My ambition is to maintain my body fat at or below 20% for 30 days. I hope that happens sometime this year. I usually do well in the summer so it may happen then. If I am able to achieve this goal I will reset my set goal weight to my average weight for those 30 days. I believe I can do this.
Yesterday I ate under goal, barely missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF down .1% and is in range.
