This is an awesome upswing. I averaged 180.84 carbs over the past 3 days (not sure if this is my net carb # because I am using a small phone and the FS app and rushing out of the house)
I will see sub 210 this week.

Your logging and tracking is good! - - Man our bodies are different. You lose weight on calories/carbs that cause me to 'balloon up'. It is a must for me to track my --own-- numbers and not listen to what people tell me what 'should' happen :)

Thanks @Adefwebserver - I think I know EXACTLY why this is happening and I have a second journal that I keep outside of FS that I will cut paste into a journal here in the near future. I will keep tracking and analyzing the data. For now, my Monday - Friday Fasting Focus is in progress and I will keep at it.

Thanks @Erquiaga, @tahoebrun. @DO N OK - Monday didn't turn out the way I wanted but crunching the #s for the rest of the week to even it out. Thanks. Thanks @John10251, you as well. @Scalewatcher3 - yup, Sat and Sun. M - F up 4:30 AM and out the door by 4:50 AM. Home after commuting by 7 PM and lights out by 9:30 PM. I'm OK with it.
