Thanks adefwebserver and Keilin_4. I am a little hungry as well. Hmmmn. I wonder if this is because my last meal was a late lunch which preceded an early evening run followed by tea for dinner? I'm almost 17 hrs into this fast and plan on going for a 24 hr minimum to kick this week off into high gear.

Great job,💪💪 lately I am hungry all the time too,still doing 16/8 I find it easier to deal with hunger during the day and go sleep with a full stomach. I really would love to do 24+ hours of fasting 😏🙏
