Before I pull over to the side of the road and wave everyone who is succeeding with their goals to go past me, I will pause for a moment and breathe.
I must keep fighting to be a better me.
I need to: Work up to 3 gym sessions weekly. Work up to 3 runs weekly. And keep logging so I can find a way that works for my middle age body.

Update: I got my winey behind up after this post and ran / walked 4 miles in 92 degree heat. Not quitting, not this guy.
