I'm finally back home with my scales. Every day wasn't perfect while I was away but most went well. I did get in a lot of activity while gone in the hot Arizona sun. Some of my lost may be water but that remains to be seen as I adjust to being back home. I ate "Poorly" at 144% of goal traveling yesterday and did not meet all activity goals. There's no place like home...
