Woke at 225.6. Ate 1693 calories today and targeting about 1000-1200 tomorrow. The water is starting to leave with the eating back on track. Came in after work at 222.8. Ate dinner and then hopped on the treadmill at 10 pm and did an hour of HIIT. Got a 220.0 weigh in afterwards, a solid six pound loss in a day. Cool. Looking for the teens in the morning.
