Dropped two more pounds today to reach 212.6 on another light eating day. Got the Kennedy Center tomorrow night but will try to behave. Definitely will not eat as much as last time. Then, had a huge cheese tray appetizer that I barely got through before the main course. Of course, it came with loads of wonderful French bread. That one is off the menu for me!
