Down to 212.6 for a morning weigh in. I deserve it because I literally was up once an hour to rid extra water from my body last night. It was so frequent that I took a blood sugar reading to see where that was... 106 was in the normal range so no problem there. Just getting rid of that extra water from last weekend's carb overload.

I had a lousy night's sleep too Bill but it wasn't toilet driven :) I'm sorry, you'll likely be bagged by lunch time but the weight is coming off so remember that when you want to bang your head against the wall later. Hope coffee helps :)

I wrote about it in my jorunal - it's just a pain in the butt. I used to be able to sleep on the edge of a razor! Now, not so much, hit and miss. I hope the patients who come here behave themselves today :)

You ought to think about seeing your urologist for a digital exam. The getting up was my first sign that all was not well in paradise. It never hurts to check and PSA's are virtually useless.
