Wow. Down to 208.5 after another fast day with no specific exercise (just about 160 calories of general walking). I reviewed all my numbers month to month over the past year and determined that a 1200-1300 per day calorie deficit had been my 'sweet spot' for losing weight. I had not hit that for the past several months and had stalled a bit. I targeted that number in November and it's really paying off.
