Good Afternoon, FS Warriors! LOL! I haven't been a very good warrior lately; in fact I haven't even fought the fight. I surrendered to Dairy Queen, and Joe's Crab Shack. I sat down with DW and told her I need her help. I was putting myself on an 1800 calorie a day diet, and I needed for her to quit bringing home the dainties, and catering to an army at dinnertime, even though there are only two of us. She was onboard with it, and said she had gained and we were going to do this together. So, I'm documenting again, and going to get back to my exercising - but probably in the evenings instead of the A.M., because I'm already stretched for sleep. Going to bed at 10 and getting up at 4, as it is. I'll have more to talk about later. I'm not typing this in a separate app right now, and I don't want to lose what I've typed.
