I am the only one to gain on the bulletproof challenge. LOL. I was experimenting with what would happen if I drank 3 bulletproof coffees a day instead of 2. Results: won't do that again! I would rather eat most of my calories instead of drinking them. I choose to eat healthy and incorporate more exercise that I can do at home. I will continue to eat the foods I love. Next experiment will be: What will happen if I sync my mind, body and spirit. I'm not so worried about my weight because this is the time of year we all cover up. I know that if we lower our stress levels, we will release the excess weight. That's if we don't over eat. I have confidence that this will prove to be true, for me that is. I know that the holidays will be tough for so many. That is why I will experiment with different meditations also.

Nothing wrong with experimenting to see what works or doesn't work, we are all different. I'm sure you'll have the gain off soon. Wishing you stress free holidays ahead. :)

Colleen, if you're looking to sync mind, body and soul try out Kundalini yoga. That is their phrase...connecting mind, body and soul! It's not twist yourself into a pretzel yoga and uses several unique methods that I've found very helpful and interesting. I've studied it for 5 years now and rarely bother with any other kind of yoga! :D

I often think of my body as a science experiment!

The amount of saturated fat and calories each serving has is enough to send me running the opposite direction. I agree that drinking your calories is not going to work in the long run, for the simple reason that you're not making any lifestyle changes/habits here. Thin people eat thin (small meals of whole foods). Only fashion models drink their calories (their diet consists of cigarettes & champagne), and they're not really human anyway :)

eating the calories is so much more beneficial because it takes more energy to process the food . Hence calories burned even if its minimal

It's so good that you experiment to see what works. I agree that keeping unstressed and in a good-feeling place is very important. I also try to listen to my intuition for guidance on what to do next. Sometimes, the very thing I need to know will show up around me from other people, in the newspaper, on the Internet, etc. if I pay attention. I believe that the answers find us.

I love that Jillbronson: "I believe that the answers find us." I will remember that. Another thing for me to experiment. LOL
