Half way to goal weight, slow going but seeing less fat and more muscle.
Had some great skiing this last week up here in Canada at Lake Louise this last Wednsesday, 54cm snow in 24 hrs, 43cm (17in.)overnight. Soft, deep dry powder see the link for pics if you're curious.

Haha, think of powder skiing like really cold surfing, very cool sensation as long as you're dressed appropriately, and yes the heart rate and calorie burn is high.
