195.4 lbs, met my goal for the week to get below 196. We'll be having friends over for a BBQ today but keeping it healthy, roasting a whole brined chicken on the grill w/ fresh veggies and sweet potato as sides. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Thanks my friends. HCB all I've changed is lay off the sunflower seeds for a couple days, they're loaded with salt. But I'm hooked so moderation seems the protocol. Maybe I've modified macros a bit but I'm not that strict about it, looking mainly at protein. I am looking to change up my lunchtime workout routine, limited to walking/jogging as I'm at work but I think a change is due, will talk about it Monday probably.

MMM yup lots of salt if you buy the salted ones. You can get them without or buy the raw ones and soak them yourself, you can soak them in seasoned water, drain, and slowly roast them in a 300 degree oven. That way you are controlling the salt. I buy the roasted hulled ones. I hate messing with the shells.
