Same weight as yesterday...made it through a very high calorie density, family homemade pizza and wings night (my daughters were the cooks).
Highest calorie, fat and sodium day since starting this on July 31...still calories consumed were less than what my RDI + exercise equaled. Without having the information from this website I would have been well over my limit.
