Better. Long walk last night, more moderation on treats as they’re disappearing. It’s Friday, I’m happy. Up until midnight doing work stuff although I took a couple hours in the evening to walk and eat. Today should be light.
Blob down, muscle up, water good. What more could you want? Watching all those fitness videos is finally paying off! 😜
