Up .2 after the weekend. I'll take it!! I ate out 3 days in a row but ended up skipping lunch on Friday. Saturday & and Sunday, I had a lighter breakfast than at home....1 slice toast & a few blackberries on Sat. & an English muffin & blackberries Sun. We ate lunch out Saturday & had a sandwich for dinner. Sunday, I had lunch out with a lighter dinner. I ate Mexican Friday night....a steak burrito bowl, salsa & chips with a margarita. I didn't eat all of the rice or beans. Saturday lunch was a meatloaf sandwich (left some of the hoagie roll) with sweet potato fries & a mojito. Sunday lunch was a 6 oz. sirloin, baked sweet potato & a salad with blue cheese. I ate all of the steak and potato, but left most of the croutons, some lettuce & used 1/2 of the dressing. So....bottom line is, it's possible to eat out and still manage the total daily calories.
Since we went to a festival on Saturday, I did get some steps in for a few hours.
Hubby & I went to the Gym today. Decent workout after 3 days off.
Today was the next to last day to wear the heart monitor. I have felt pretty good all week, so I don't know if it will show any irregularities. I get to remove it tomorrow afternoon. I have to return it to the doctor's office within 48 hours & I have an appointment next week to see the NP.
The temperatures are supposed to plummet to freezing by tomorrow night. It was in the 80's over the weekend 😳 I have to decide which plants I want to salvage for the winter & either cover or move them indoors. I took down & washed a couple of hummingbird feeders today & I need to get the other 2 down.
