Very good advice, Kat! I went for a quick walk this morning with hubby because I knew I wouldn't be able to walk with him later on today - so clients had to wait for a bit, which was fine. Sometimes I would deny myself that and it's not very healthy - and they really don't even fully appreciate it, so...
Glad you've got a big project done! It's always so satisfying. I'm playing a bit of catch up with work this weekend too, but I'm hoping to prioritise wisely. Hope you have a restful and rejuvenating weekend! xxx
