This is all fluid retention from yesterday’s adventures cutting down the giant birds of paradise and then cleaning the house for guests. I took down a lot of tree and hauled a lot. Totally sore this morning. Will need to finish up this weekend and get it ready for haul away. That said, my yard is huge again. No swim, just frenetic movement all day long. Food with friends and fireworks from the park. It was a pretty happy Fourth of July. My guess is that this will take 2-3 days to clear. Thanks, I’m already sore. Taking a couple mini breaks today to stretch. Will go for an easy swim tonight after our walk.
