Gym day ☆ It was warm upstairs today when we were on the treadmill. I don't know if that contributed to my heart rate registering higher than usual. I think they may have had a power outage & it was taking awhile to cool down. I know one of the clocks on the wall was the wrong time.
Making it thru my routine on the mat, arm exercises & free weights had me tired at the end. I did OK on the weight machines, but we did wrap it up a little sooner, skipping a couple. Hubby was tired, too. It got really busy & we decided not to wait for any machines we hadn't done that were in use. We did do all the upper body stuff we usually do. I skipped a couple of lower body machines.
I ended up averaging over 2000 calories a day last week & my weight still decreased after the Girl's Trip. I also averaged almost 100 grams of Protein a day.
We got word our Home equity line of credit had been approved this morning & we're closing on Wed. The 2nd appraisal was more in line with what we thought it should be. The first company they sent out came in $149,000 under the current company's value & had all kinds of inaccurate info & mistakes. We can wrap it all up before vacation.
Heading up to bed. Hubby was falling asleep while we tried watching Jack Ryan, so I decided to stop at one episode & we should all go to bed.

Where do you live. Just the idea of a house for $148 is such a foreign concept.

Kenna, we live in North Georgia about an hour north of Atlanta. Property values have increased dramatically since we bought our home in 1996.

The value isn't $148,000....they appraised our home that much lower than the current value.

Kenna, I see you live in California. I imagine any home in California comparable to ours would cost way more than Georgia.

Thank you so much, Wifey & Cheesey. I appreciate the support. It took me awhile to figure out the whole balanced eating & exercising thing, but now that I have it's 2nd nature. It helps we enjoy working out at the Gym. We eat our favorite foods but understand everything in moderation. ❤️

Wifey, we're not selling (yet). We applied for a home equity line of credit. Hubby says we will need to sell in the next 5 years. He will be 80 on Friday. Our property requires some maintenance that is strenuous & he doesn't think he'll be able to continue doing it.
