that would be water and tortelloni. cleaned house some, working 6 hours today because I'm already over it and I want to swim. got some negative energy to release into the water. no walk last night, but the primary project from hell is done and on to the next one. going to be super hot again today, but it's cooling down at night, so all good. best thing about super hot weather? not wearing pants! or wool socks. or hiking boots for warmth. for the record, I'm wearing a dress. Pbbt!
