Long walk last night, returned to the skeleton house and they did not disappoint. Some other pretty lights up all around, but I am savoring them over the next few weeks. 3.52 miles, worked on trying to get the VO2 number back up, which I did a teeny tiny bit, so work to be done there. That's super annoying to me. Didn't cough a whole lot though, so that's good. Took two cough drops with me, used one right at the end.
Honest look at the numbers, Thanksgiving and the weekend did finally catch up to me. The good: blob is down, muscle and water are both up, but so is the overall and that is not okay. I'm going to cut back to my 1200 range, drink a lot of water and make sure we're doing those longer walks. I may start walking after 8 hours at work and come back later. Going to revert back to non-athlete on the scale right now so we can see the blob as it really is. Good news is that I'm wearing pants with a waist and a zipper, no lycra and they fit. I want to keep it that way. No puppy class for the rest of the year. Will use that time to walk, not work.
