Up again. I used my smart scale and it says 37% body fat and 26.5% muscle. Not sure of the accuracy though. Have any of you done the dexa scan if so, what did you think?
I made it through sober October and I plan to stick to it until St. Patricks day when alcohol is culturally mandated for my peoples. lol
I am seriously considering a fitness or wellness retreat for 2-3 weeks because I just can't stay motivated/ get momentum/ feel rested. I figure 3 weeks of mental and physical healing could replace the self care lost working from home with kids stressing me out for 18 months straight. I need a break from the grind and the fam could use a break from me too! I am considering Unite, Premier fitness and even the biggest loser retreats. Thoughts? Reccomendations anyone?
