Costco chicken soup. Pretty sure that 1200+ grams of sodium is in play here.
All these numbers are garbage again except the weight. I drank a ton of water yesterday, I ate just under 1200 calories, hardly moved, 3000 steps, LOL. It's all good. Feeling better today, but I'd call it ~75%. I was feeling cocky for a few minutes yesterday, like should I treadmill or swim? Instead, I brought in the trash cans and needed another nap.
We'll see how it goes today. Gorgeous day, hate to miss all this sunshine stuck inside.
